Spotless hotel with very helpful efficient staff from at least an additional member of staff. Comfortable location in a very nice area, next to Cardiff Bay attractions and transportation and the red dragon centre and restaurants and pubs.

Breakfast was solid with lots of options to choose from. The room was stylish and had a modern touch to it. The service was on point and they even offered free ironing service! 👌

The room was tidy and well-insulated, equipped with a coffee maker, a sofa, and a kettle, plus a comfortable bed; and the English breakfast, including freshly prepared porridge.

I had a double room and it was reasonably large with sofa.

The hotel is modern and well-appointed. The rooms are fully equipped.- The view over the bay is fantastic.- The personnel are well-trained.

The room I booked was top quality, spacious, and had a nice bath, a good shower, and 2 large double beds.

My hotel room was air conditioned and nicely furnished with a large bed.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place, located on a roundabout on a busy road on the outskirts of the town centre. Despite being very close to a noisy factory which worked 24 hours a day, it was a perfect location for exploring the Bay area. The service was impressive, with excellent room amenities including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The staff were well trained for proper hospitality and help, and were friendly and welcoming, ensuring a smooth and efficient check in service.

On the other hand, we did encounter a slight issue with payment, as the staff said we couldn't pay with tap and go and wanted the original card which has no numbers, but a manager intervened and said very snuggly that it is in the Ts & C's that a card must have the card number and they will not accept the new Chase card. However, despite this minor issue, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this venue, with leisure facilities like Wi-Fi, on-site car park, luggage storage.

Great breakfast included with the stay, and the rib eye steak was out of this world! Super convenient location, right by a cinema and a castle. 🍳🏰

Make sure you stay in the double room with excellent beds and enjoy the overly efficient air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a safe.

The breakfast here was plentiful, and the scrambled eggs were delicious.

The rooms here are nicely furnished and brand-new, equipped with efficient air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a television, and the large bathroom with a bathtub is amazing.

My stay was really good here. The hotel was exceptionally clean, facilities were good, comfy location close enough to the center, shops, cinema, restaurants and cardiff bay and Dr Who experience easily and park.

Didn't like the area, it was bustling.
